Sunday 12th Apirl, Today’s Article: A Sworn Declaration Of Blessing

A SWORN DECLARATION OF BLESSING

For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself, Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee (Hebrews 6:13-14).

God’s covenant with Abraham was more than a promise—it was a sworn declaration of blessing. The Bible says that because God could not swear by anyone greater, He swore by Himself. That means the blessing was backed by God’s very nature and integrity. It wasn’t just a good intention; it was a covenant of certainty.

This blessing wasn’t for Abraham alone. Galatians 3:29 declares, “…If ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” You’re the inheritor of the Abrahamic blessings. Kindly Click Here for more
